How do I book a stay?
▾Just fill out the form above or send us an email! Tell us your dates and group size, and we'll respond within 24 hours with availability and pricing. Once we confirm everything, we'll send you a booking agreement and payment details. It's simple and personal — no bots, no automated systems.
What's the minimum age to rent?
▾The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. We'll need a copy of your state-issued ID or driver's license before booking can be confirmed. Of course, guests of any age are welcome — the bunk room is especially popular with kids!
Are pets allowed?
▾We love animals, but unfortunately we're not able to accommodate pets at the property. Thank you for understanding — it helps us keep the home in great shape for all our guests.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
▾To keep the home fresh and comfortable for every guest, smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the property. Thank you for respecting this — it makes a big difference for the families who stay here.
What about check-in and check-out times?
▾We'll share all the details — including check-in time, door codes, and a digital welcome guide — once your booking is confirmed. We're flexible when we can be, so just let us know if you need an early check-in or late check-out and we'll do our best to make it work.
Do you offer long-term or monthly stays?
▾Absolutely! We offer special rates for stays of 28 nights or more. Whether you're snowbirding, working remotely, or between homes, reach out and we'll put together a custom quote for you. Long-term guests love the neighborhood — it feels like home.
What if I need baby gear?
▾No need to pack cribs, high chairs, or strollers! You can rent everything through Babies Getaway — they deliver right to the property before you arrive and pick up after you leave. Super easy.
How far is the beach?
▾Navarre Beach is about an 8-minute drive across the bridge. If you want to drive — the neighborhood has its own beautiful pier on Santa Rosa Sound, just a short walk from the house. It's perfect for kayaking, sunset watching, and spotting dolphins.
Is there a cleaning fee or hotel tax?
▾Yes — there's a one-time cleaning fee and Santa Rosa County requires a 5% hotel tax on all short-term rentals. We'll include all fees in your quote so there are no surprises. What you see is what you pay.
